Production - SPC Clerk - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Review the production schedule, complete pass-over with the previous shift, and perform safety checks on equipment and required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Report to assigned workstation, verify product being run, and ensure proper supplies are staged and available.
• Collect, track, analyze, and document production data, including weights, temperatures, nutritional information, downtime, and product samples.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete end-of-shift pass-over communication or secure equipment and workspace as required.

• Read, write, and communicate in English related to job requirements and safety regulations.
• Meet company performance standards and complete required training.
• Pass required background check and drug and alcohol screening.
• Work assigned schedules, including overtime as needed.
• Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Procedures and food safety standards.
• Work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Follow instructions and perform all job functions safely.
• Access all levels of the facility and associated equipment as required.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
