Production Setup Associate

What You'll Do

• Collecting/returning materials, inks (includes mixing), dies, and miscellaneous supplies from the assigned presses.
• Assists the press operator in basic setup operations on flexographic presses.
• Cleaning of press equipment.
• Responsible for collecting trash and stocking supplies on assigned presses.

  Desired Traits/Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to communicate and work with co-workers effectively.
  • At least 3-6 months of general warehouse experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  Physical Demands

  • Regularly stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
  • Frequently use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Frequent walking, reaching with hands and arms, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
  • Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
  • Must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
