Responsibilities
- Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
- Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
- Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
- Record production information accurately
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
- Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
- Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
- Team‑oriented environment where attitude matters
Requirements
- Entry‑level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Pay
Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with a performance/pay review after 90 days and same‑day/next‑day pay availability.
Schedule
2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
