Racking, General Labor

1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday) with occasional Saturdays as needed. Pay starting at $18.00/hour with a performance/pay review after 90 days and same-day pay options.

About the role

As a Racker, you will work in a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment, ideal for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
• Record production information accurately
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals

What to expect on the job

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
• Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
• A team-oriented environment where attitude matters

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
