About the role

As a Racker, you will Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders, Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage, Perform visual inspections of parts before processing, Record production information accurately, Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation, Maintain a clean and organized work area, Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay

Starting at $16.00/hour, with a Performance/Pay Review after 90 days and Same Day Pay.

Schedule

1st Shift (600 AM - 230 PM, Monday-Friday) with occasional Saturdays as needed.
