We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Production Quality Senior Technician.
Responsibilities
- Supports engineering teams in the development and manufacturing of airbag components for the automotive market.
- Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes.
- Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
- Produces engineering documentation and reports.
- Conducts tests and records data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.
- Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials/product.
- Collaborates with other engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
- Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
- Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.

Qualifications
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree or be currently pursuing an Engineering Degree.
- Quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Understanding of DOE and SPC concepts.
