Production Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out equipment start-up inspections and continuous quality checks on various materials.
• Record and monitor product and process deviations, escalating issues to relevant personnel as needed.
• Conduct quality audits on both products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with Operations to support quality improvement initiatives and manage qualification materials throughout production.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in laboratory or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• A strong educational background and attention to detail are essential.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the facility, including standing and walking for the majority of the shift.

Position Overview

The Production Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. This role involves performing equipment start-up and ongoing quality checks, monitoring product and process deviations, and supporting quality initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 days on / 3 days off, then 2 days on / 2 days off (working every other weekend).
