Production Processing Assistant

We’re looking for a Production Processing Assistant to bring their passion, precision, and problem-solving skills to our used parts department in Carson, CA. Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and assemble parts to prepare for outside processing
• Cook up and assist outside processing part movement and staging under direction from the Lead
• Work closely with disassembly vendor to ensure timely flow of donor parts
• Create and update work instructions related to preparing parts for outside processing
• Analyze and test parts for quality conformity according to the Engineering Department’s SOP
• Manage inventory levels within MRP and transactions for inventory moves

Requirements

• The desired candidate is an effective communicator and team player with the ability to multitask, follow work instructions, and be adaptable
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of related work experience with automotive parts and/or working in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding and use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bonus points if you have technical training in the automotive industry and/or familiarity with Porsche vehicles (early models)

Qualifications

• Location & Schedule: This position is onsite in Carson, CA and the schedule is Monday – Friday 5am – 1:30pm with overtime as needed.
