Responsibilities
- Accountable to the manufacturing process and overall manufacturing plan
- Directly supporting D365 ERP system input and data validation
- Responsible for assisting the upload of product details from engineering/proto into the ERP system
- Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure vendor deliverables and timing
- Create purchase orders and production orders to facilitate projects to the production floor
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, conflicting information, material delivery dates, QA Inspection and communication between project team, engineering and manufacturing
- Follows all safety and workplace policies
- Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Manufacturing, Communication, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering
- 1-3 years of industry experience, including Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Communication and/or Project/Account Management
- Experience with ERP operational data in a manufacturing environment is a must
- Experience with reading mechanical and construction drawings
- Experience with common construction materials and general mechanical assembly
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical problem solving and facilitation skills
- Attention to detail in data management is a must
- Knowledge of computers and the use of computer programs including yet not limited to Word, Excel and Adobe PDF
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively interface with others
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or management
- Ability to demonstrate and apply workplace values
