Production Planner

Job Summary

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedule based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities.
• Cook up coordination with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and work-in-progress.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production plans with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall operational performance using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and APS tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
