Production Planner 1
Job Summary
The Production Planner 1 will support the Ripon Production Planning team by supplying daily bottling schedules. Cross-trained to back up other essential functions within the Planning department, this role includes roles such as ordering raw materials or providing support in wine demand planning.
Essential Functions
Reconcile and maintain production schedules, aligning with customer demands and delivery timelines.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
Supply daily bottling schedules across multiple platforms to facilitate production needs.
Collaborate with operations team to review near-term scheduling needs and align resource plans accordingly.
Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to resolve any issues impacting material availability or schedule adherence.
Other Functions
Coordinate with suppliers to manage material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Compare and adjust planned material deliveries against fluctuating bottling needs.
Cookordination with winemaking teams to ensure wine supply aligns with scheduled bottling demand.
Cross-train to backup other Planning functions as needed.
Generate various efficiency and productivity reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Three or more years of experience within supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and/or finance.
Analytical abilities with reliance on data to drive decisions and the ability to conceptualize solutions.
Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Extremely detail oriented.
Ability to be a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of or ability to be trained in TWG software programs. J.D. Edwards/ERP experience preferred.
CPG and/or wine industry experience preferred.

Physical Demands
Primary work activities are within a remote office environment.
Compensation
Hiring Salary Range: $24.52 - $36.83/hr.
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities, education, and other position related factors.
