PRODUCTION - PC - MACHINE OPERATOR - 2nd Shift

About the role

Keep the Greenville Facility running smoothly by making adjustments during production runs, utilizing quality tools to ensure that product standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself, and fellow employees.
• Daily hands-on setup, startup, and operation of assigned packaging equipment using hand tools and data collection tools for safe and efficient operation.
• Enter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in a timely manner.
• Learn, meet, and sustain KPIs set for department goals.
• Provide peer support for successful department operation.
• Engage in cross-training when available.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Machine Operating Experience preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Able to walk and stand during most of a 10-hour shift.
• Quality-driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
