Production Painter

Responsibilities

• Paint a significant volume of work efficiently meeting Work Order standards
• Paints surfaces with spray or powder gun
• Regulates temperature and timing of bake oven
• Removes articles from drying racks when dry and appropriately stacks them on pallets if required
• Maintain workmanship and quality levels by monitoring other painters
• Communicate consumable material needs
• Operate equipment at a safe high level to perform daily assignments efficiently
• Operate tools needed to perform tasks at hand
• Read and follow prints with minimal supervision
• Understand decimal conversion for time keeping and material accuracy
• Maximize equipment and processes through painting skills
• Be responsible for knowing and keeping painting equipment safety procedures

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in Manufacturing
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Highly dependable
