Production Worker

Joyce Manufacturing Company (JMC) is a family-owned business established in 1955. We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our dynamic team. This position offers the chance to work in a supportive environment that values quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform general production duties including assembling, packing, and handling materials
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment
• Team player with attention to detail and quality
