Production Worker

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up production lines and areas according to established procedures.
• Verify that equipment is correctly set up and functioning as intended.
• Inspect products periodically to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
• Assist operators in resolving equipment malfunctions when necessary.
• Perform operator duties when the operator is absent.
• Contact management immediately if any issues arise.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow safety lockout/tag-out procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
• Communicate effectively and assist others as needed.
• Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Work safely and report any unsafe conditions to management.

Requirements

• Up to 50 lbs lifting capacity.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Physical agility to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Effective communication skills.
