Production Packer

What can you expect on the job?

• Prepare labeling bags for daily use.
• Pack the proper amount of product into the designated bag or box.
• Absorb each bag meets the standard size and appearance for each product.
• Absorb each product is free of foreign objects.
• Absorb each product is packed into the proper packaging.
• Aid in breaking down and cleaning all equipment for daily packaging tasks.
• Rotate in packaging areas to complete all packaging duties.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What will make you successful in the role?

• Basic reading skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical requirements:
• Mover constantly around the manufacturing plant.
• Position self to pack orders and clean.
• Communicate constantly with other team members and management.
• Follow written and verbal instructions constantly.
• Move constantly packaging supplies and products up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally exposed to a variety of cleaning chemicals.

What should you bring?

• A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

What will your schedule look like?

• First shift: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Second shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Third shift: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday through Thursday.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
