About the Role

This posting targets a variety of positions involving skilled machine operations, primarily with thermoforming equipment, presses, routers, and other equipment for manufacturing vehicle components, furniture, and other parts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating thermoforming machines, presses, routers, CNC, laminators, forklifts, and other industrial equipment
• Good record of attendance at previous jobs
• Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus
• Ability to accurately use tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Eagerness to grow your career and willingness to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to commute to Fort Wayne, Indiana
