About the role

Responsible for managing operations at the Fort Wayne branch, overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and updated as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with financial management and budgeting.

Qualifications
