Production Operator - Third Shift 10PM - 6AM

Charter Manufacturing is a fourth‑generation family‑owned business. The 81st Street facility in Milwaukee, WI (7850 N. 81st Street, Milwaukee, WI 53223) is hiring a Production Operator for the Sort and Pack Department on the 1st shift.

Pay

• Starting at $21 per hour, higher for highly qualified candidates
• Weekly pay every Thursday
• Quarterly gain‑sharing bonuses eligible from day one

Schedule

1st shift – 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple high‑powered machines in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented production environment
• Pack parts accurately and efficiently in the Sort and Pack Department
• Spot machine issues and report them to keep production flowing
• Collaborate with team members to maintain continuous production and uphold quality standards
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail and act as a team player in a hands‑on role

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Charter will pay for GED certification if needed)
• Ability to work safely and meet the physical requirements of the job, with accommodations as required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
