Production Operator - Level 2
About the role
The Solstice Advanced Materials plant in Columbia, MO, is seeking a Process Operator - Level 2 to join their production line. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth production processes, monitoring parameters, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment operates optimally.
Responsibilities
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
- Operate packaging lines
- Maintain equipment for optimal performance
- Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met
- Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping
- Work as a team to complete assigned tasks
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Able to work 12-hour shifts
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay
The annual base hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour plus a $2.30 per hour Night Shift Premium. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
