About the role

Production Operator responsible for front-line manufacturing processes, operating machinery, and packaging final products to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety protocols and promote safe practices.
• Complete tasks promptly, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Mix and agglomerate materials according to production schedules.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Operate equipment safely, with successful forklift certification required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 18+, with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Basic computer and math skills, ability to read and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and collaborate respectfully.
• Preferred: manufacturing and forklift experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform active movements such as walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to work with personal protective equipment.
