Production Operator

About the role

Spartech is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Manitowoc, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and performing tasks to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors
• Perform quality checks on products as required
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery operation
• Ability to read and follow written procedures
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor

Qualifications

• Experience with similar machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills

Skills

• Proficiency with basic computer software
• Knowledge of quality control standards
