Production Operator

Summary: Production worker manufactured goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. Core duties typically involve operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean. Essential Functions: While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, as the Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing various tasks with your work team on a production line and ensuring the production of a quality product in a safe working environmentYou will also be collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operationsBe an active participant in the plant safety process and contribute ideas to continuously improve operationsHave a strong commitment to ensure product quality and communicate quality performance information to your production work teamAccurately complete all required trainingYou will need to able to perform repetitive duties and standing for long periods of timeOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Shift: 3rd (9:30pm – 6am) Monday - Saturday, includes 10% shift differentialWorking in a team environment committed to the long term success of plant operationsYou will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.as neededYou will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detailWilling to overtime as neededYou have previous manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or trainingYou have a solid work history and strong attendance recordHigh school diploma or equivalent.
