Production Operator

About the role

Responsibilities

• Daily activities of the production line(s)
• Accurately complete quality and production reports hourly
• Physical and visual inspection of product to prevent non-conforming goods
• Correctly report all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership
• Maintain safety and adhere to GMP and food safety standards
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials to minimize production line downtime
• Work in all assigned production areas and troubleshoot minor issues
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as dictated by production demand
