About the role
In this role, you will operate technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient production. You will maintain equipment associated with the production, packaging, and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance. This position is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding capabilities to produce premium products essential to millions of lives in Ogden, UT.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment to produce Kimberly-Clark products.
- Collaborate with new or junior team members to ensure safe and effective work.
- Maintain production, packaging, and distribution equipment through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Requirements
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or Grade 12 certificate from a state and/or US Department of Education accredited institution.
- 1+ years of continuous work experience.
- Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Pass a pre-employment assessment, drug screening, and background check.
- Pass a post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Pay
Starting hourly wage: $28.00 USD. This role is eligible for overtime pay and pay increases within the first year. The stated pay rate applies to US locations only.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this position.
