At Kimberly-Clark, you’ll operate advanced manufacturing equipment producing essential products for ¼ of the world’s population. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding capabilities to produce premium products in Maumelle.

Responsibilities

  • Run technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborate with team members to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Prioritize safety by identifying and correcting unsafe acts and conditions, including operating heavy equipment like forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to operate and adjust machinery, ensuring high-quality material standards.
  • Actively participate in a self-directed work team, providing feedback to build engagement and teamwork.
  • Document and complete daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
  • Identify machine faults and variations in runtime stability, ensuring quality tests are performed correctly and documented.
  • Support total productive maintenance, including equipment reliability, planned downtime, and lubrication tasks.
  • Develop individual skills through special assignments, maintenance, troubleshooting, and advanced technical tasks.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma, GED, or Grade 12 certificate from a state and/or US Department of Education-accredited institution.
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Pass pre-employment assessments, drug screening, background check, and post-offer Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Safety mindset with demonstrated experience in hazard recognition.
  • Ability to learn and utilize mill computer systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and PIMS.
  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, and general machine repair (electrical aptitude preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous or current experience in a fast-paced, team-based work environment (manufacturing and/or industrial).
  • Demonstrated performance in safety, quality, and attendance with previous employers.
  • 3+ years of work experience.

Pay

Starting hourly wage: $23.35 USD. This role is eligible for overtime pay and pay increases within the first year. Note: The stated pay rate applies to US locations only.

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Primary location: Maumelle Facility.
