Production Operator
About the role
Kerry is seeking a skilled individual to join our team. This position involves operating and maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and assisting with troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Learn and operate area equipment safely and properly.
- Perform set-up, start-up, and changeover procedures as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues related to line performance.
- Maintain downtime records during line operation.
- Conduct and document quality checks.
- Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed.
- Periodically perform sanitation work as assigned.
- May be assigned to different areas and/or shifts based on production needs.
- Perform all other duties as directed by manager, supervisor, or facilitator.
Requirements
- Great attitude.
- Reliable.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly.
- Previous food industry experience preferred.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $24 - $24.75 per hour. Kerry’s compensation decisions are based on performance and internal equity.
