Production Operator

Responsibilities
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, warehouse, or food industry
- Experience operating machines and handling chemicals
- Proficient at routine mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Pay
The hourly pay rate for this role is $28.48. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
