About the Role
In Versailles, we specialize in world-class hydraulic couplings known for their exceptional quality and reliability. Our process involves heat-treating, electroplating, bending, staking, and packing carefully selected raw metal components before shipping them to customers worldwide.
As a Production Operator, you’ll operate various manufacturing equipment in a supportive, team-based environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.
Shifts available:
- Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Follow written and verbal instructions with strong communication skills.
- Work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable attendance.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or chemical-handling experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

- Skill-based pay: starting at $17.58, earning up to $22.68, with rates of $18.70–$19.28 after 60 days.

Work Environment
