Duties
- Producing quality products in accordance to standard
- Performing efficient set-ups, changeovers and production runs
- Learning and cross-training others on production processes and procedures
- Using Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Concepts to improve efficiency
- Troubleshooting and implementing changes to best meet the customers' needs
Skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-pace position
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and the willingness to learn new processes
Requirements
- Ability to read and write fluently
- Eye and Hearing PPE is required
- Safety shoes are also required

Pay
$17.00 plus shift .75 shift differential to start, plus increased training amounts depending on job training.
Schedule
Shift Hours (2nd): 4pm - 12am
Shift Hours (3rd): 12am - 8am
