About the role
Agilent Technologies is seeking an experienced full-time Production Operator on 1st Shift for its growing consumables manufacturing facility in Folsom, California. This role supports Agilent's laboratory consumables business, an industry leader in innovation, market share, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture Ultra Inert GC Liners
- Handle raw material and operate production equipment
- Produce and process products according to documented procedures
- Accurately record all process tasks and material movements
- Document any deviations as part of an open reporting culture
- Maintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routine
- Complete a variety of tasks requiring frequent standing and walking
- Support team in achieving production line objectives and goals through effective teamwork
- Contribute ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of manufacturing, customer service, or experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Attentive to details and able to accurately follow work instructions and record information
- Good communication skills
- Enjoys both working within a team and autonomously
- Capable of adapting to new working methods and eager to learn new skills
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM PT
Pay
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $23.99–$37.49 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Pay is determined by role, level, location, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
