Schedule
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 3rd shift: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Standard work hours: 10 hours per day, 4–5 days per week on an assigned shift
- Overtime or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as requested
Responsibilities
- Insert frames, wires, Velcro, foam blocks, cloths, etc. into molds prior to pouring foam
- Perform other jobs as required
- Maintain production department housekeeping
- Cover for absenteeism
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Any combination of training and work experience demonstrating the ability to perform insert tasks
- Knowledge of and compliance with safety regulations
- Dependable with a good attendance record
- Able to work overtime
- Able to communicate professionally with team members
- Self-starter with continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently
- Ability to complete tasks through to completion
Working Conditions
- Majority of time in a production environment
- Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- Moderate noise level
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to bend, walk, balance, talk, and hear
- Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
