Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World
- Responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant
- Operate and maintain machinery
- Ensure production standards are met
- Finalize products and prepare them for shipping
- Observe all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Apply quality instructions & specifications
- Monitor the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
- Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
- Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Minimum (1) one year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Qualifications
- Post-high school education
- Basic computer knowledge
- Work location: Onsite – Clinton, Tennessee

Pay
The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.41 per hour with shift differentials.
Schedule
12-Hour Night Shifts 6:00pm-6:30am
