Production Operator 3
About the role
As Production Operator 3, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality medical devices by operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting Philips' commitment to improving lives through meaningful innovation.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment in accordance with established manufacturing procedures and work instructions to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
- Perform thorough quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet specifications and promptly identifying, documenting, and addressing any quality concerns.
- Monitor production processes, report equipment issues or production disruptions to the Manufacturing Group Leader, and support continuous workflow by helping minimize downtime.
- Utilize basic computer systems to access digital work instructions, document production activities, record inspection and test results, and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while actively supporting Philips' quality, safety, environmental, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
If you have no prior manufacturing experience is required, experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, or regulated environment is a plus, but we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the role. This is an individual contributor position.

- Basic computer proficiency for navigating digital work instructions and recording production data
- Mechanical aptitude
- The ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
You have a High School Diploma, vocational training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and producing high-quality products.

Pay
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $18.00 to $29.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
