Production Operations Supervisor

Position Overview: This role supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, focusing on ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards. Under supervision, the incumbent develops metrics for continuous improvement, maintains SOPs in line with cGMPs, and leads safety and 5S initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Mentors and trains team members to enhance skills and performance.Assists in hiring, onboarding, and supporting workforce development.Troubleshoots and repairs packaging equipment when needed.Supports packaging, quality checks, and record-keeping activities.Prepares and edits batch records, conducts investigations, and manages documentation.Participates in safety incident reporting, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes.Manages daily operations including time management, payroll, and performance assessments.Supports SOP/WI updates for compliance and process improvement. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and use good judgment.Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of manufacturing KPIs.
