Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, operations management, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare IT systems and software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
