Responsibilities
- Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning
- Managing technicians and crew chiefs
- Scheduling crews and overseeing job production
- Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
- Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners
- Developing and mentoring production staff
Requirements
- Restoration industry experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
- Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST
Qualifications
- A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership
- A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems
- A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews
