We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented summary. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "Tracking Code 9785-987 Posted Date 9/18/2026 Job Location Madison, Alabama Location of Position Madison, Alabama Work Arrangement On Site: 100% Position Type Full-Time/Regular Clearance Required? Ability to Qualify Level of Clearance Required Secret". Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with location, work arrangement, clearance required, etc. But we must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We can include them in a paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief description). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe required experience). Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications). Skills (maybe list of skills). Benefits (list benefits). Pay (if salary info present). Schedule (if schedule info present). The posting includes: "Salary Type Annually" and description of salary range not given; they say "The salary range, if referenced, represents a good faith estimate." No actual numbers. So we should NOT create Pay section because no specific salary. Similarly schedule: they have Work Arrangement On Site: 100% and Position Type Full-Time/Regular. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: they list benefits. So include Benefits section. About the role: we have a paragraph describing role: "COLSA is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure production teams achieve safety, quality, output, cost, and schedule objectives. Reporting to the Director, Uncrewed Systems, this role owns daily production execution, including staffing, output, quality, material readiness, training, and process adherence." That's good. Responsibilities: we have many bullet-like paragraphs under headings: Production Leadership & Execution, Team Leadership, Performance & Quality, Production Readiness & Cross-Functional Leadership, Continuous Improvement. We can combine into a list of duties. Use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to extract each duty as list items. Could group under subheadings? But we only output HTML fragment; we can include headings

for sections, then under Responsibilities we can have a
with list items. We should preserve all substantive info; not lose details. So we need to convert each responsibility sentence into list items. Requirements: Required Experience section lists required qualifications. We'll put those as list items under Requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. We'll put those under Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from required qualifications: strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication skills, ability to make timely decisions, proficient with standard business software and manufacturing systems, etc. Could also include experience using ERP/MRP, etc. But we already have those in requirements. Perhaps we can create a Skills section summarizing skill-based items not covered elsewhere. But we must not create thin sections; better to include Skills if we have distinct skill items not already in Requirements. The Required Experience includes many skill-like items: Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Proficient with standard business software and manufacturing systems; Experience using an ERP/MRP system; Experience managing staffing, production priorities, and changing operational requirements; Experience using and reporting on manufacturing KPIs; etc. Those could go under Skills. However the instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they ask to use headings for those specific names if content exists. We have content for Requirements (required qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred qualifications). So we will include both. Skills: we could extract skill statements that are not already captured as experience. But many are overlapping. Might be okay to omit Skills section if we think it's thin. But we have skill statements like "Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills", "Ability to make timely decisions", "Proficient with standard business software and manufacturing systems". Those are skills. We could put them under Skills. However we also have "Experience using an ERP/MRP system" which is experience. Might be okay to put under Requirements. Let's decide: We'll include Skills section with those skill-based items not strictly experience. But we must not duplicate content. We'll need to ensure we don't lose any info. If we put some items in Skills, we must still keep them somewhere else? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep all info somewhere. If we move some items to Skills, we must still keep them somewhere else? Actually we can re-categorize; as long as the info appears somewhere in the output, it's fine. So we can distribute items across sections. Thus we can have: - About the role: paragraph. - Responsibilities: ul list of duties. - Requirements: ul list of required qualifications (including experience, education, citizenship, clearance, etc.) - Qualifications: ul list of preferred qualifications. - Skills: ul list of skills (leadership, decision-making, software proficiency, etc.) - Benefits: ul list of benefits. - Schedule: p or ul? Schedule info: Work Arrangement On Site: 100%; Position Type Full-Time/Regular. Could be a short paragraph. We must not include Pay section because no specific salary. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO lines, "COLSA Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also lines about "Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation..." maybe keep? That's part of clearance requirement; it's substantive. We'll keep that under Requirements maybe. Also lines about "This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 business days..." that's application instruction/boilerplate; remove. Also lines about "Learn about our employee-centric culture and benefits here: https://www.colsa.com/culture_benefits" maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's a link; we could keep as a link in Benefits section. But it's more like a reference; we can keep as a link in Benefits. Now let's extract content. First, About the role paragraph: combine first two sentences: "COLSA is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure production teams achieve safety, quality, output, cost, and schedule objectives. Reporting to the Director, Uncrewed Systems, this role owns daily production execution, including staffing, output, quality, material readiness, training, and process adherence." We could also include the sentence about leading and coordinating efforts across teams: "Leading and coordinating efforts across Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, Material Inventory Operations, and New Product Introduction (NPI), the Production Manager will identify constraints, resolve issues, and drive consistent manufacturing performance." That's more like responsibility but could be in About the role. We'll keep it in About the role to avoid thin sections. Now Responsibilities: we need to extract each duty from the sections: Production Leadership & Execution: - Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned production areas, lines, or programs. - Execute production plans while maintaining expectations for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Establish daily targets, priorities, staffing plans, and labor allocation. - Monitor production performance and quickly escalate material, quality, equipment, process, or staffing constraints. - Develop recovery plans when production falls behind schedule. - Maintain strong floor leadership and standards for safety, organization, cleanliness, and 5S. - Ensure operations comply with applicable OSHA, FAA, FAR, and contractual requirements. Team Leadership: - Directly supervise production leads, technicians, assemblers, and operators. - Manage daily staffing, attendance, overtime, training, and operator qualification. - Set clear expectations and provide regular coaching and actionable performance feedback. - Address productivity, quality, attendance, and performance concerns consistently and promptly. - Support onboarding and develop production leads and high-performing team members for increased responsibility. - Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. Performance & Quality: - Track key manufacturing metrics, including output, build plan attainment, FPY, yield, scrap/rework, cycle time, labor efficiency, downtime, attendance, and training compliance. - Review performance throughout the shift and take corrective action when results fall below expectations. - Ensure teams follow approved work instructions, standard work, and quality requirements. - Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to investigate defects, process deviations, and recurring issues. - Support root-cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions to reduce manufacturing losses. Production Readiness & Cross-Functional Leadership: - Ensure materials, tooling, equipment, documentation, staffing, and training are ready to support production. - Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, and Materials teams to resolve shortages and production constraints. - Serve as the primary Production representative for assigned manufacturing areas. - Communicate production status, risks, staffing constraints, material shortages, and equipment concerns to leadership and cross-functional teams. - Support NPI and pilot builds as new products and processes transition into sustained production. - Maintain effective communication and handoffs between shifts and production areas. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, throughput, labor efficiency, production flow, and cost. - Partner with Manufacturing Engineering on line balancing, standard work, workstation optimization, and process improvements. - Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Use production data and operator feedback to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements. - Help standardize successful processes and best practices across production areas. Now Requirements (required qualifications): From "Required Experience" and "Required Qualifications" block: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum of 10-12 years of functional area experience, including 5-8 years of direct experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment - Experience leading or supervising production employees - Experience in aerospace, uncrewed systems (UAS/drones), robotics, electronics background required - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and shop-floor execution - Experience using an ERP/MRP system in support of manufacturing operations - Experience managing staffing, production priorities, and changing operational requirements - Experience using and reporting on manufacturing KPIs such as output, yield, scrap, cycle time, downtime, and labor efficiency - Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Proficient with standard business software and manufacturing systems - U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to complete a criminal background check and/or obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, if required for the position. Also the line: "Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information." This is also a requirement; we can include under Requirements. Now Qualifications (preferred qualifications): From "Preferred Qualifications": - Hands-on experience using Deltek Costpoint MRP - Familiarity with the operation of CNC machines and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printers - Experience in high-volume or rapidly scaling manufacturing environments - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standard work, line balancing, and continuous improvement - Familiarity with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis - Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) through transition to production - Familiarity with UAS/drone operations, which may include FAA Part 107 certification Now Skills: we can extract skill-based items not already captured as experience. But many are overlapping. Let's decide to put skill statements under Skills: - Strong leadership,
