Production Manager/Technical Director

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Production Manager/Technical Director as needed.
• Act as subject matter expert in multiple areas of technical production, including streaming/virtual platforms are required.
• Act as liaison between clients and crew while onsite.
• Support cross-functional teams to execute virtual meetings and webinars across multiple platforms.
• Work with presenters before and during the event as well as providing technical support to attendees.
• Identify potential issues in overlap scheduling based on pre-production needs, live meeting travel and producing, training periods.

Qualifications

• Previous Technical Director/Production Manager experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and leadership skills.
• Able to complete projects within deadlines.
• Strategic planner who can multi-task.
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, and quality of work product, with few to no errors.
• Able to act as a team player and be flexible to respond to changing needs.
• Able to work with the utmost integrity, keeping proprietary information safeguarded.
• Able to work independently within scope of job responsibilities.
• Experience with Vectorworks preferred.
