Production Focus

• Confirm crew, talent, locations, and key vendors
• Manage permits, insurance, equipment, and logistics
• Build and maintain production schedule and budget
• Coordinate client/agency requirements
• Manage transport, catering, and on-set logistics
• Prepare call sheets and production paperwork
• Ensure smooth daily run and clear team communication
• Plan contingencies for weather, locations, and schedule changes
• Manage wrap, returns, and final cost reconciliation
