Production Manager in Rural North Carolina (free housing)

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located at Arrowood Designs, Inc. in Norwood, NC. The position is roughly 50% office and 50% production floor.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production and planning
• Review engineering and shop drawings for accuracy and ease of production
• Ensure quality assurance
• Hire and fire production staff
• Train production staff
• Hold staff accountable
• Oversee and participate in equipment maintenance
• Conduct safety meetings
• Oversee daily production operations, including workflow management and coordination between engineering, manufacturing, finishing, and installation teams
