Production Manager
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to map content: The posting includes company description (maybe not needed as heading? Could be "About the role" or "Company Overview"? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content matches.
We have:
- Company Description: VERSANT description. Could go under "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" is about the role, not company. But we could treat company description as part of "About the role". However instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have heading "About the role" and include company description and role overview.
- Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: The "What You Bring" bullet list (experience, skills). Also "Must be able to work weekends..." etc.
- Skills: Could be separate but we can combine with Qualifications.
- Benefits: The "Why You’ll Love It Here" includes some benefits: on-site services, amenities, shuttle service, etc. Also mention base salary range and bonus eligibility (Pay). So we need Pay section if salary range present. Yes: "The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$130,000, and the role is bonus eligible." So we need Pay section.
- Schedule: The role is fully on-site five days per week, flexibility to work weekends, holidays, off-hours, travel. So we can include Schedule section.
- Benefits: The amenities: free employee parking, EV charging, on-site fitness center, dry-cleaning, shuttle service. Also mention health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off etc in Additional Information but that's generic boilerplate; we should not include vague statements like "health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc." because it's not specific? It is mentioned but it's generic. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state "Employees based in our Englewood Cliffs office have access to a variety of convenient on-site services and amenities, including free employee parking, complimentary electric vehicle charging stations, an on-site fitness center with locker rooms and towel service, and dry-cleaning drop-off and pick-up. To support an easier commute, shuttle service is also available..." That's specific benefits. Also later: "Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may include additional forms of compensation and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, etc." That's vague; we could ignore that as boilerplate. So we can include Benefits section with the specific amenities.
- Additional Information: includes interview process, EEO, accommodation request, pay transparency, unsolicited assistance from search firms. Those are boilerplate/legal; we should remove them.
Thus we will produce sections:
About the role
with company description and role overview (maybe combine). Could also include "The Opportunity" paragraph.
Responsibilities
with - from "What You'll Do".
Qualifications
with - from "What You Bring" plus maybe the must-have items (work weekends, travel, unrestricted authorization). Those are requirements.
We could also have
Skills
but we can incorporate into Qualifications.
Better to follow instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if distinct. But we can combine if content overlaps. However we have separate "What You Bring" (qualifications) and also "Must be able to work weekends..." which is a requirement. Could put under Requirements.
Thus:
- About the role: company description + opportunity paragraph.
- Responsibilities: What You'll Do.
- Requirements: Must be able to work weekends, holidays, off-hours, travel domestically/internationally on short notice; Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US and satisfy pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screening). Also maybe "At least 5 years of experience..." is qualification not requirement? But we can treat as Qualifications.
- Qualifications: At least 5 years experience supporting remote production operations; at least 5 years experience in live news, field production; demonstrated ability to manage multiple productions; strong financial/admin capabilities; proficiency with MS Office; experience with news feature and spot-news production techniques, remote production equipment, production vendors, domestic/international field operations is a plus; experience with SAP is a plus; ability to communicate clear direction; trust, teamwork, transparency, agility, entrepreneurial spirit, accountability.
- Skills: maybe we can list proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong organizational, communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills. But those are already in Qualifications. Could omit Skills section to avoid thin.
- Benefits: specific amenities: free employee parking, complimentary EV charging stations, on-site fitness center with locker rooms and towel service, dry-cleaning drop-off/pick-up, shuttle service to/from Englewood Cliffs campus with pickup locations across Manhattan East/West Side, Brooklyn, Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, Secaucus.
- Pay: base salary range $100,000–$130,000, bonus eligible.
- Schedule: fully on-site five days per week; flexibility to work weekends, holidays, off-hours; travel domestically and internationally on short notice as needed.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc.
Now produce HTML fragment: only the HTML, no /, no markdown.
We'll wrap sections in appropriate tags.
Let's craft:
