Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact and first respondent to client requests.
• Hire field employees and evaluate crew leader performance.
• Coordinate and communicate concerns between office and field.
• Implement and follow disciplinary actions and procedures.
• Responsible for morale of crew members.
• Implement all safety meetings and participate in new hire training.
• Measure properties for proposal generation.
• Implement job start-ups with crew leaders.
• Create and present enhancement proposals and identify sales opportunities.
• Establish, implement, and manage labor and material budgets.
• Schedule daily routes and add new jobs in proper order.
