We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes a description of company and then Position Overview, What You'll Own, What You Need To Be Successful, Qualifications That Can Set You Apart, Global Benefits Overview. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to appropriate headings. We have: - Company description: maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the overview of position. The posting includes "Position Overview..." which is description of responsibilities. So we can put that under

About the role

or maybe "Responsibilities". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Position Overview: responsibilities (managing day-to-day production, etc). That fits "Responsibilities". - What You'll Own In This Role: includes strategic insight and operational guidance (25%) and manage direct/indirect reports (75%). That's also responsibilities/duties. Could be part of Responsibilities. - What You Need To Be Successful: includes qualifications (degree, experience, skills). That's "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Also includes skills. - Qualifications That Can Set You Apart: additional qualifications/certifications. Could be "Qualifications" or "Skills". Might be separate. - Global Benefits Overview: benefits. So we can have

Benefits

with list. - Pay: not mentioned explicitly (no salary). So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned. So omit. Thus we will have sections: About the role? Could be optional; but we have Position Overview which is about the role. Could use About the role heading for company description? Actually "About the role" could be a brief summary of the role. The Position Overview is basically that. So we can use

About the role

for the Position Overview paragraph. Then Responsibilities: maybe combine What You'll Own? But we already used About the role for overview. Could then have Responsibilities for detailed duties (What You'll Own). Or we could merge. Better: Use About the role for the Position Overview paragraph. Then Responsibilities for the "What You'll Own In This Role" bullet points (though they are not bullet list but paragraphs with percentages). We'll need to convert to
  • . The content includes percentages and items. We'll need to preserve all substantive information. We also have "What You Need To Be Successful" which includes requirements (degree, experience, skills). That could be under Requirements heading. Qualifications That Can Set You Apart could be under Qualifications heading (or Skills). Since we already have Requirements, we could put Qualifications for extra qualifications/certifications. Benefits section for Global Benefits Overview. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. Company description paragraph: "Synthomer is a leading supplier of high-performance, highly specialised polymers and ingredients that play vital roles in key sectors such as coatings, construction, adhesives, and health and protection – growing markets that serve billions of end users worldwide. Headquartered in London, UK and publicly listed there since 1971, we employ c.3,900 employees across our 5 innovation centres of excellence and more than 29 manufacturing sites across Europe, North America and Asia. Around 20% of our sales volumes are from new and patent protected products. At our innovation centres of excellence in the UK, Germany, China, Malaysia and Ohio, USA we collaborate closely with our customers to develop new products and enhance existing ones tailored to their needs, with an increasing range of sustainability benefits. Since 2021, we have been proud holders of the London Stock Exchange Green Economy Mark, which recognises green technology businesses making a significant contribution to a more sustainable, low-carbon economy." That's company overview, not necessarily about the role. Could be placed under About the role? Might be considered "About the role" but it's about company. However instruction: "About the role" heading is for role overview. But we have Position Overview separate. Could we put company description under About the role? Might be okay but maybe better to put it under About the role as general context. The instruction says we can use those headings as examples, not strict. We'll include About the role with company description + Position Overview? Might be too much but okay. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company description somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could just put it in a

before any heading? The instruction says output only HTML fragment, we can have

for prose. So we could start with a

containing company description, then headings. Thus we don't need to force company description into a heading. Thus:

Synthomer is a leading supplier ...

    Then

    About the role

    with Position Overview paragraph. Then

    Responsibilities

with What You'll Own In This Role content. Then

    Requirements

with What You Need To Be Successful content. Then

    Qualifications

with Qualifications That Can Set You Apart content. Then

    Benefits

with Global Benefits Overview content. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now we need to format lists where appropriate. For About the role: just a paragraph. For Responsibilities: we have bullet-like items with percentages. We'll convert each bullet to
  • . The text includes: "Provide strategic insight and operational guidance to the SLT that will: (25%) Drive change, improve safety, improve production processes, reduce costs, improve margins and address quality issues Contribute to and inform IBP process of production planning and inventory control Direct shipping activities to assure cost-effective operations Collaborate with the technology team to introduce new products and process improvements Manage direct and indirect reports to: (75%) Achieve Plant Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Standards and world class SHE performance Develop skills in team members through training, timely information and formal feedback sessions, and “level up” processes Solve and correct operational problems using problem solving techniques and continuous improvement tools Ensure accuracy of SAP data and adherence to management systems and processes. Identify, address, and resolve technology issues and/or lead the facility into new areas of technology Develop new processes and procedures for all facets of production Support the global business needs for strategic goals and objectives Assess and implement analytical methods and tools to increase productivity, decrease variability and reduce safety risks Promote unwavering commitment to the Synthomer Values and Golden Rules" We need to preserve the percentages (25%) and (75%). We'll keep them as part of the li text. We'll wrap each line as
  • . Some lines have sub-items? Actually after "Provide strategic insight and operational guidance to the SLT that will: (25%)" then list of items. Could treat each as separate li. Similarly after "Manage direct and indirect reports to: (75%)" then list. We'll just treat each line as li. Now Requirements: "What You Need To Be Successful ..." list: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry or polymer science - 10 years of chemical plant manufacturing experience - monomer/reactive chemistry (preferred) - Chemical plant manufacturing experience - Conflict Resolution, Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication - Ability to practically implement continuous improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, Waste Reduction) and drive results - Ability to get results when there is no clear path or solution - Ability to strategize and determine where to focus when there are many competing issues/opportunities - Ability to change focus as needed and manage multiple projects at the same time - Strong planning and organization skills - Active listener with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills to all functions at all levels - Ability to communicate and present both internally and externally to a diverse audience - Desire to grow into broader roles with additional responsibilities We need to keep each as li. Now Qualifications That Can Set You Apart: - Certified Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt (ASQ Preferred ) - Experience with Reactive monomer chemistry - Experience with latex chemistry - Experience with Process Safety Management in high hazard processes - Experience in supervisory role - Experience with RCMS & RC/ISO14001 - Certified Internal Auditor (Exemplar Global or ASQ Preferred) - Previous experience working within ISO 9001 certified quality system We'll keep each as li. Now Benefits: Global Benefits Overview includes bullet points with emojis. We need to preserve the text, but we can drop emojis? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; emojis are not substantive but could be considered part of formatting. Safer to keep the text but we can remove emojis as they are not substantive. However they are part of the posting; removing them might be considered losing some info but not substantive. I'd keep the text without emojis. List: - Competitive, market-aligned compensation - Discretionary global bonus scheme - Discretionary Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) – for senior positions - Company car or car allowance – varies by region and role - Healthcare – tailored to regional locations - Parental leave and family support – maternity, paternity, adoption (aligned with regional policies) - Working options – flexibility where it matters, based on role and business needs - Learning & development opportunities – training, online platforms, buddy/mentorship programs, Internal Synthomer University with L&D offers - Wellbeing support – employee assistance program (EAP), mental health resources, wellbeing initiatives - Retirement / pension contributions – plans vary by country - Culture of Inclusion – where everyone can thrive - Performance culture, global reward & recognition programmes We'll put each as li. Now we need to ensure we don't include any heading with empty content. All sections have content. Now produce HTML fragment:
