Production Manager

Job Duties

• Lead production activities throughout the plant.
• Ensure production schedules are adhered to and completed.
• Provide guidance and support to production employees.
• Support engineering projects, where appropriate.
• Communicate material amounts, defects, and other issues to the materials manager.
• Generation and championing implementation of continuous Improvement Ideas on existing product lines.

Experience Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in production management.
• Experience with creating and executing production schedules.
• Experience identifying and solving production issues/bottlenecks.
• Experience working with and leading multifunctional teams.
