Production Manager

About the role

Responsible for chlorate plant operations of the Moses Lake Facility to ensure meeting targets with respect to production volume, product quality, cost, safety, health, security, and environmental stewardship.

• Formulates, recommends, and implements objectives for the chlorate unit.
• Participates in preparing FMC and VC budgets for assigned areas.
• Controls operating costs.
• Directs working relationship with Nouryon global technology organization to improve benchmarking and operations.
• Maintains systems for applicable registrations (OSHA, ISO, etc).
• Implements personnel training and qualifies personnel on operating techniques.
• Prepares and completes AOP Objectives for site.
• Performs any and all jobs assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Must be able to access any area of the facility intended for personnel presence.
• The work environment requires walking, inspecting, climbing in an industrial setting with outside weather conditions.

Pay

The hiring salary range for this position is $104,000 to $148,500, with potential progression up to a maximum in this role. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications. Hired applicants are eligible to receive annual bonuses.
