Production Manager

About the role

The Production Manager is responsible for the delivery of timely, high quality, and profitable branch services to clients. This includes managing labor and equipment resources, ensuring service quality, personnel development, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote and enforce safety procedures, document safety incidents, and address safety risks.
• Quality Control: Maintain job quality standards, identify and address service errors, and train associates on production skills.
• Personnel Development: Lead and manage direct reports, develop training plans, and assist in recruitment and hiring.
• Planning: Create 90-day and 30-day plans, coordinate with shared services, and plan for capital expenditures and human resources.
• Scheduling: Properly schedule crews, communicate changes, and ensure alignment with equipment resources.
• Client Management: Partner with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive relationship entrenchment.
• New Maintenance Jobs: Enforce and oversee the company’s new job start-up procedures and processes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Landscape Management experience
• Proven track record of managing people and process
• Strong analytical and financial aptitude
• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field preferred
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred
• Driver’s License; DOT Card required

Position Range: $85,000 - $95,000
