Responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
