Production Manager

About the role

As Production Manager, you'll take full ownership of our Cushion and BiteLok product lines — from the people on the floor to the products that ship out the door. You'll be the driving force behind smart, efficient production, and a key partner in shaping what we build next through hands-on R&D and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own every stage of production for Klarity Cushions and BiteLok products - materials and equipment, quality, nonconforming items, team supervision, and testing
• Keep production running on time and on budget
• Build a stronger department - championing growth, development, and retention across your team
• Master departmental workflow processes inside and out
• Keep the department stocked and running - from the smallest to the largest need
• Manage the flow of raw goods, components, and supplies
• Keep equipment running at its best through proactive maintenance
• Own the paperwork that keeps production compliant - work instructions, build records, and operational documentation
• Help shape what's next - contributing to R&D on new items and documentation

Requirements

• A natural leader - people want to work for you and follow your lead
• A sharp understanding of workflow processes, with an eye for improving them
• Hands-on experience working in a production department
• A critical thinker who solves problems before they become bigger ones
• Excels when working under pressure
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 3+ years of production or operations management experience, ideally in the Medical Device industry or similar
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems

Skills

• Ability to use Word, Excel, and other Microsoft programs
• Excellent written communication skills
• A creative, outside-the-box mindset - self motivated and quick to learn
