About the role
Nelson Builders is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of residential remodeling projects from initial planning through project completion. This is a leadership-driven field role where you'll manage crews, collaborate with subcontractors and trade partners, and direct the overall flow of each project. You will stay hands-on with carpentry work as required to keep things on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle the daily management of field operations, including building schedules and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Hold the team accountable to quality expectations.
- Lead crews and collaborate with subcontractors and trade partners.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills.
- Solid carpentry expertise.
- Sharp on-site management skills.
Pay
$45+ hourly.
